Osteoporosis is a disease characterized by low bone mass density, as well as rapid bone deterioration and/or brittleness. Osteoporosis increases the risk of bone fractures especially in the hips, ribs, spine, and wrists.

Plantar fasciitis is the inflammation of the ligaments (fascia) on the bottom of the foot that connect the heel bone to the toes. Cellulite is an unsightly fat deposit just under the skin, typically around the buttocks, thighs, and stomach. Cellulite is more common in women than men because men have thicker skin and different muscle, fat, and tissue distribution. Cystic Fibrosis is a genetic disorder that affects the secretory glands that produce mucus and sweat. Patients with Cystic Fibrosis have thicker and stickier mucus than normal which can obstruct airways. Mucus buildup can also cause infection and damage the lungs. Damage to the lungs and obstructed airways can lead to respiratory failure, which is the most common cause of death in individuals with Cystic Fibrosis. Therefore, many treatments focus on removing mucus from the lungs and preventing infections. However, there are several additional symptoms of Cystic Fibrosis, including digestive problems such as constipation, mineral imbalance, dehydration, osteoporosis, and diabetes.

Incontinence is the lack of control over defecation and urination. Urinary and fecal discharge is controlled by the pelvic floor muscles, which are also known as kegel muscles and sphincter muscles. Parkinson’s disease is a neurodegenerative disorder of the central nervous system that affects movement. Abnormal brain activity is triggered by the loss of brain cells that produce dopamine. We all talk about circulation. We know that without good circulation our feet or hands become numb. We are always cold. When standing on the vibration plate the rhymic contractions of the muscle encourage blood circulation. Every capillary will be enlarged, so blood evenly flows into the smallest capillaries in our body.
